2. About Our Manufacturing Services

VIVI DI is a clothing manufacturing company operating our own production facility in Florence, Italy. We manufacture garments directly using our factory equipment and workforce. Customers pay us directly for manufacturing work through transparent per-piece or per-order pricing. We do not act as intermediaries - all production occurs in our facility under our quality control.

3. Manufacturing Services Scope

Our direct manufacturing services include:

• Series garment manufacturing using our production lines
• OEM/ODM manufacturing with our equipment and workforce
• Custom production orders from our Florence facility
• Quality control and inspection by our team
• Packaging and delivery services

4. Order Process

Our manufacturing process includes:

• Consultation: Initial discussion of your manufacturing requirements
• Quotation: Transparent pricing based on specifications
• Sample Production: Prototypes created in our facility for approval
• Production Agreement: Written contract outlining specifications and timeline
• Manufacturing: Production in our Florence facility
• Quality Control: Inspection by our quality team
• Delivery: Shipping to agreed destination

5. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is provided directly by VIVI DI for manufacturing work performed in our facility. Prices are quoted per-piece or per-order basis with transparent breakdown. Payment terms are agreed upon in the production contract. We typically require a deposit before commencing production.

6. Production Timeline

Production timelines are estimated based on order complexity and current facility capacity. We maintain a 95% on-time delivery rate. Delays may occur due to material availability or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify clients immediately of any timeline changes.

7. Quality Assurance

All garments manufactured in our facility undergo rigorous quality control. We maintain a 98% customer satisfaction rate. If products do not meet agreed specifications, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include remanufacturing at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

Clients retain all rights to their designs and branding. We manufacture products according to your specifications without claiming ownership. We maintain confidentiality of all design information and will not reproduce designs for other clients without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

VIVI DI's liability is limited to the manufacturing services provided. We are not responsible for design defects, market performance, or end-user satisfaction beyond manufacturing quality. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the specific manufacturing order.

10. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before production begins with full refund of deposits. Once production has commenced, cancellation fees apply based on work completed. Custom materials purchased for your order are non-refundable.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Our facility is located in Florence, Italy, and all manufacturing contracts are subject to Italian jurisdiction.
