1. Delivery from Our Facility

VIVI DI manufactures all garments in our Florence, Italy facility. This shipping policy outlines how we deliver manufactured products from our facility to your specified destination. All shipments originate directly from our production facility.

2. Production and Delivery Timeline

Our manufacturing and delivery process consists of two phases:

Phase 1: Manufacturing

  • Sample Production: 7-14 business days from our facility
  • Bulk Manufacturing: 30-45 business days depending on order size and complexity
  • Quality Inspection: 2-3 business days after production completion

Phase 2: Shipping

  • Italy: 2-5 business days from our Florence facility
  • Europe (EU): 5-10 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days depending on destination

We maintain a 95% on-time delivery rate. Timeline begins after sample approval and deposit payment.

3. Shipping Methods

We work with reputable logistics partners to ensure safe delivery of manufactured garments from our facility:

  • Standard Shipping: Cost-effective delivery for bulk orders
  • Express Shipping: Faster delivery for urgent orders (additional cost)
  • Freight Shipping: For large volume orders directly from our facility
  • Custom Logistics: Tailored shipping solutions for specific requirements

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Order weight and volume
  • Destination location
  • Shipping method selected
  • Insurance requirements

We provide transparent shipping quotes during the order confirmation process. Shipping costs are separate from manufacturing fees and quoted directly by our logistics partners.

5. Tracking and Updates

Once your manufactured order leaves our Florence facility, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • Real-time tracking information
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Updates on any delivery status changes

6. Packaging

All garments manufactured in our facility are professionally packaged to ensure safe delivery:

  • Individual garment packaging as specified
  • Protective outer packaging for shipping
  • Quality control documentation included
  • Sustainable packaging materials when possible

7. Customs and Duties

For international shipments from our Italy-based facility:

  • We provide all necessary export documentation
  • Customers are responsible for import duties and taxes in destination country
  • We declare accurate product values for customs
  • Customs clearance time not included in delivery estimates

8. Delivery Issues

If issues occur during delivery:

  • Damaged Goods: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos
  • Lost Shipments: Contact us immediately; we will initiate carrier investigation
  • Incorrect Address: Address changes after shipment may incur additional fees
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: Work with carrier to arrange redelivery

9. Insurance

We recommend shipping insurance for all manufacturing orders. Insurance options include:

  • Standard Coverage: Included for orders up to specified value
  • Full Value Insurance: Available for high-value orders (additional cost)
  • Custom Insurance: Tailored coverage for specific needs

10. Returns and Refunds

Manufacturing orders are produced to your specifications in our facility. Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Full refund or remanufacturing at our discretion
  • Specification Issues: Reviewed against approved samples and contracts
  • Return Shipping: Arranged through our logistics partners

Custom manufactured items cannot be returned due to change of mind. All specifications must be confirmed before production begins.

11. Force Majeure

Delivery timelines may be affected by events beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, or carrier issues. We will notify you immediately of any significant delays from our facility.
